He is one of the original 12 founders of the National College of DUI Defense, later serving as Regent and Dean, and is today one of only 4 attorneys in the State of California to be Board Certified in DUI Defense. In 2002 Mr. Taylor was presented with the College’s Lifetime Achievement Award at Harvard Law School.
